Water Exercise
Get Toned in the Pool! Shed pounds in the pool without swimming laps (or sweating buckets).
8am-Moderate Aerobic Class Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays – Moderate routine with quick movements with arms and legs stretching those large muscles.
9am-Wet ‘N Wonderful M-W-F -With pushing and pulling forward, sideways and up and down providing increased RESISTANCE while jogging & jumping with legs.
